Please backup your data regularly.
To backup, open cpanel, click on the "Backups" icon.
Click on "Generate/Download a Full Backup".
Enter your e-mail address and leave other options as is.
Click on "Generate Full Backup".
You will receive an e-mail when the backup is complete. - To enter your control panel, go to: http://youraccount.co.za/cpanel:
- To set up a mail account:
- Click on "Mail".
- Click on "Add/Remove/Manage Accounts".
- Click on "Add Account".
- Fill in details and click on "Create".
- To work on your files, click on "File Manager" in cpanel:
- Click on the folder icon, to move to that folder.
- Click on the folder or file name, to be given actions to perform in the top right-hand corner.
- To view your web statistics, click on the "Web/FTP Stats" button in cpanel.
- To set up Joomla 1.5 or another instant website, click on "Fantastico De Luxe".
- To enter the Joomla administration area, visit http://yourdomain.co.za/administrator.
- Use the Media Manager to upload images that you want to use in your pages.
- Images should be uploaded to http://yourdomain.co.za/images/stories/.

- To access your webmail, go to: http://youraccount.co.za/webmail.
- "Username:" for example

- Under "Internet Accounts", choose "Properties" and add new mail account.

- "My incoming mail server is a" POP3 "server".
- "Incoming mail (POP3):" mail.youraccount.co.za.

- Under the "Advanced" tab:
- "Outgoing mail (SMTP):" 26.
- "Incoming mail (POP3):" 110.
- Both the "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)" should not be selected.
- For uploading or working on a large number of files at a time, use an FTP client:
- Download FileZilla from filezilla-project.org.
- For hostname enter youraccount.co.za.
- For username and password, enter your cpanel username and password.
