Please backup your data regularly. To backup, open cpanel, click on the "Backups" icon. Click on "Generate/Download a Full Backup". Enter your e-mail address and leave other options as is. - To set up a mail account:

- To view your web statistics, click on the "Web/FTP Stats" button in cpanel.
- To set up Joomla 1.5 or another instant website, click on "Fantastico De Luxe".
- To enter the Joomla administration area, visit http://yourdomain.co.za/administrator.
- Use the Media Manager to upload images that you want to use in your pages.
- Images should be uploaded to http://yourdomain.co.za/images/stories/.
